Some things just grow.

IT STARTED
IN A FIELD.
OF COURSE.

We met farming in Vermont in 2017 — and spent a winter in a yurt, because of course we did.

A farm venue feels pretty fitting for us. These days we call Boston home, but Maine has always been part of our story, too. Sophia grew up vacationing in Kennebunk, and her family’s beach house is just up the road in Goose Rocks.

Drake asked Sophia to marry him on the Oregon coast near Cannon Beach. Now we’re coming back to this little corner of Maine — a place that already holds years of family memories — to start something new. And yes: Sophia is taking the name Pearson.

We can’t wait to share it with you.

By car from Boston: About 1½–1¾ hours under normal traffic (~85 miles via I-95). Summer Fridays and weekends can run longer — plan buffer time.

Nearest airports: Portland International Jetport (PWM), about 25–30 minutes by car. Boston Logan (BOS) offers more flight options, about 1½ hours by car.

Trolley shuttles: Intown Trolley will run from area hotels to the ceremony, and back after the reception and after-party. Exact pickup spots TBD.

Cocktail hour and reception follow at Wandby Landing, 46 Western Avenue, Kennebunk, with an after-party into the night. A welcome party is Friday, August 13, approximately 5:00–10:00 pm at Pilot House / The Spirit Restaurant, 2 Harbor Lane, Kennebunk.
